Disclosure Policy (Endorsement Policy)

Last Updated on 13 July 2021 by Leon Rowan

This Disclosure Policy (Endorsement Policy)  is valid from 7th October 1992.
This Disclosure Policy (Endorsement Policy) applies to all of my websites, blogs, domain names, social media and other links/online activity, including:
This Blog/Website: https://leonrowan.com
Twitter: @LeonRRowan, Facebook and any other social media services I use.
This website/blog is a personal and business website/blog written and edited by me; Leon Rowan. I allow guest bloggers to post.
For questions about this website/blog, or disclosure policy, please contact me here.
This website/blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation.
Anything, or anyone, I recommend also reflects on me, so links to other product/service sites are those which are of a high standard in my opinion. Life is for living to the full, time is short and precious so I have a low tolerance for the “also-rans” or “second division”. One of my philosophies is that if something is worth doing, then it is worth doing well. I do not give a favourable review or recommendation or endorsement of a product or service I think is crap, or which does not deliver on its promises. That said, I cannot accept responsibility for your own personal experience with third parties.
Linking policy: some links are “affiliate links”, whereby I might receive compensation if you make a purchase, others are not, however I do not list, or endorse, sites just because I might derive an income. You will not pay more for a product or service as a result. There are many sites I could mention/list/endorse but don’t; because it is an important life philosophy to act according to genuine decent principles (an aspect of spirituality). Whilst I have noticed that life goes much better when I do the right thing by others, it is not the reason I act that way.
I link to products or services from where/which I can derive no potential income, although there are alternatives from which I could. The essence is that I link to what I genuinely think is good, regardless of ‘what’s in it for me’. Big picture-wise this is a much better way to live life and, among other things, it enhances my credibility.
Sometimes, I may have received a review product/service/copy.
The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this website/blog. That content, advertising space or post may not always be identified as paid or sponsored content.
As the owner of this website/blog I can/might be compensated to provide an opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though I might receive compensation for some of my posts, pages, links or advertisements, I provide my honest views, findings, beliefs, opinions or experiences on those topics or products. Opinions expressed on this blog are purely mine. Any product claims, statistics, quotes or other representations about a service or product should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party concerned.
This website/blog contains content which might present a conflict of interest. This content may not always be identified.
Please remember the results I get/got, or that I have discovered others have got, may not be typical and may not apply to you. I can never guarantee results for any endeavour in life. It requires common sense.
Any testimonials on my website/blog are not to be taken as the average, or typical results, as everyone’s situation is different!
If you have questions at all, please get in touch with me here, or use the contact form below.

Footnote for those with spiritual understanding or interest: I have been very blessed by Spirit. One key to this is that I focus on truth and not my own opinion. I also cherish the desire to ‘do the right thing’; it is impossible to cheat Spirit and such behaviour would adversely affect both my relationship with Spirit and the associated benefits. I would be mad to do so. Relationship with Spirit builds character.
